We will request only the following personal information:
- Full name, nationality, age, sex.
- Copy of your passport, copy of ISIC card.
- Information about allergies, type of food and other information related to your health.
- This information will be used only to make the reservation of the services, as well as the realization of the tours.
To confirm the reservation of any of our services, you must make the initial payment of 20% of the total price of said service. In the case of the Inca Trail it is 50% of the total price. After the initial payment you will receive in your email the Package Confirmation within the next 24 hours.
To book the tour you only have to pay an advance, the remaining balance is paid in the City of Cusco, Peru to your travel assistant, If the balance is paid by credit card or Debit, it will be increased by 8%.
Changes in the itinerary.
The changes you can make without penalty up to 30 days before the tour are:
- Travel dates by train.
- Dates of the entrances to the attractions (according to availability).
- In case of requesting a change within 30 days before the tour, you will be subject to a penalty whose amount is according to each service contracted.
Services that include INCA ROAD:
The dates of the services that include the Inca Trail cannot be changed in any way.
Passenger replacement is not allowed.
CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT POLICIES.
1. Airplane tickets.
In the case of natural causes, these can only be rescheduled within a period of 1 month, within the travel zone, that is, Peru, the cities of Cusco, Lima or Juliaca, if it were for personal reasons, the airlines are automatically lost, health , loss of flights etc., as long as the airline accepts it and the rates allow it, a penalty will be increased to change the airplanes for another date within 6 months.
2. Hotel Reservations.
The cancellation must be made within 10 days before the date of admission, otherwise the Hotels will automatically recharge the NO show equivalent to 50% of the total amount paid in advance. The Hotels apply this Policy rigidly making it impossible to transfer reservations between passengers of an agency, that is to say the payments made are exclusively for one passenger and the cancellation does not allow the exchange to another passenger. The train companies allow the cancellation and cancellation of the train tickets within 7 days before the date of travel, thus freeing up the spaces, but this leads to the collection of a penalty equivalent to 19% of the total value of the train ticket due to natural causes or personal circumstances.
